Every company is required to submit annual accounts and an annual return to the Companies registration office within 28 days of its annual return date (usually 9 months after year end). This can be extended by a further 28 days where filed online.

Where the deadline is missed, the company loses its audit exemption and the accounts must be audited regardless of size. Normally two years accounts must be audited.

We offer a cost efficient audit service to small and medium sized business owners who have lost their audit exemption. Once the current and previous year’s annual return are up to date you will have no need to continue to work with Only Audit.

If you have missed your annual return date and now need an audit get in touch with us to discuss how we can help
